Innovative set for insertion of tube in the brain to create a working corridor for endoscopic-controlled, exoscopic or classical microscopic removal of deep seated brain tumors or intracerebral hematoma.
It is composed of three parts: syringe, predetermined retraction balloon on a stylet and a transparent tube ( 5 or 7 cm lenght). The balloon is used to retract the brain tissue and create a surgical corridor by inflating the balloon. The tube is inserted to maintain the corridor and protect brain during the operation.
